Weekday mornings are for specialty coffee, oversized focaccias and iced matcha in a tall glass.

Friday and Saturday evenings, the same room turns. Candles on the tables, oysters on ice, a short bistro menu that changes with what is good that week.

What We Put On the Plate

A handful of the plates and drinks our regulars keep coming back for. What is on this week may differ; the kitchen leans into the season.

    Focaccia Sandwich

    Paperback-sized, house-baked focaccia split and filled with mortadella, fresh mozzarella and rocket.

  2. 02

    Crispy-Skin Salmon

    Pan-roasted fillet on an orange-saffron emulsion with charred brussels sprouts and parsnip.

  3. 03

    Sliced Duck Breast

    Pink and rested, with grilled stone fruit and a warm tomato relish on speckled ceramic.

  4. 04

    Whole Mackerel, Salsa Verde

    Butterflied and grilled over fierce heat, dressed at the pass in bright herb salsa.

  5. 05

    Fresh Oysters

    Shucked to order, on crushed ice, with mignonette and a wedge of lemon.

  6. 06

    Lobster Rolls

    Split brioche, cold-dressed lobster, flying-fish roe and dill. Two to a plate.
